This is a medium-sized apartment building that was opened in June of 2016 and is managed by Goldleaf developments. It has modern apartments with underground parking (with a possible waiting list), balconies or patios, granite countertops, washer and dryer units, and up-to-date appliances. The apartments are quiet; I rarely hear my neighbors. It does have some light city noise from facing busy Campus Drive, but this is an advantage for me.
