I looked up this clinic to bring my daughter to be seen by a doctor before taking her to school. We showed up early to avoid possible long wait times. We were told that there is not a walk-in doctor available today (Thursdays). I mentioned that Google said walk-ins available Minday to Saturday. The receptionist said that they are not responsible for what Google says. We were told that a doctor was in today but would not see my daughter because it was by appointment only.
Best clinic and I’m so lucky to have doctor Lina Saeed as my family doctor she is amazing, compassionate and extremely professional, she give he patients all the time they need and my kids love her (although she gives needles) and don’t forget the receptionists who always have a smile on their faces.. love them all but my favourite is Rania… she is super helpful and full of positive energy the only negative thing I could say about that place is that if I have an appointment with doctor Lina when I go back home my son cries f... read more
Thank you so very much for all your support, I got my hip replacement done today, something I could not have done with all of your patience. This includes the amazing pharmacy team. From the bottom of both Ellie’s and my heart we truly appreciate each and every one of you !!
The only reason I’m giving the worst reviews to this clinic is because I know some people have appointments, but they make even the walk-in wait when all the appointments are done and you are last no matter what time you do the walk-in. Poor process, no accountability for people. They favour patients who they know and let them cut the line as well. When asked what the wait time was I was told one more ahead of me. My family doctor is ;dr Lina Saeed. Wonderful, compassion dr. I had been her patient for few years now and my husband join her practice recently as well. She is very efficient and knows when to regfer patient to see a specialist. She is also very quick in responding to a massages. Always a pleasure to see her.
