I’ve been calling for over 6 months to plan an appointment just to be told I’ll be called later to schedule an appointment. This has been a weekly thing since about May of 2018, it is now November of 2018. This is ridiculous that 6 months have gone by and I haven’t even received a call back, I haven’t been able to get help anywhere else because I literally have no idea what to do next because I’ve been ignored as a patient for 6 months.
