I rarely leave negative reviews, but after living here for 5 years I feel it’s important to share my experience honestly. The biggest issue has been the ongoing roach problem that management has continuously failed to resolve despite multiple complaints, emails, and “treatments.” I have repeatedly documented the issues I’m facing, yet instead of my concerns being taken seriously, my feelings and the facts are constantly minimized. Kameron was really friendly during the tour and I was impressed with the complex! He represents the building well. He’s personal and personable. I definitely would recommend others to live here because of the hospitality!
