5 stars for Robert who is friendly and professional. Thoroughly explained everything that he was inspecting in the apartment.
Nathan is an incredible manager and made the process of moving into a new place incredibly easy.
Since I moved into this property in 2017, the quality of life at Kingsley Plaza has been excellent. The studio apartments are the largest I've ever seen, they are priced affordably, and the building is kept clean inside and out. The efficiency and courtesy of our property manager, Nathan McDermott, and the maintenance crew have always been solid. My only criticism is that like most buildings in our neighborhood, the garage is easily accessible by anyone from the street, so random people can get into the property and show up ... read more
If you like roaches and having your packages stolen, move here! The employees openly allow people to dig through packages right in front of the office, and they refuse to buy a camera or anything to stop the theft. The pool is filthy with ducks living in it half the time. The hot tub has never worked. 2 stars for being quiet and having parking.
Trash apartments and trash office staff. Especially Nathan. Do NOT move here. Roaches and mail thieves. All the good reviews are people who just moved in, or have very low standards. You are a paying customer, and I highly suggest you pay someone else.
