Jesus is in charge for the maintenance! Highly recommend him for any work that needs to be fix in your unit. He’s passionate, friendly and knowledgeable about his work.Jesus is very professional . He is Above and beyond and I am so happy since the first day I arrived at Kingsley apartment when Ulbaldo, the manager helped me apply. The process was smooth and easy.

Horrible experience. Originally left a good review to try to help out. What started off good, quickly turned bad! Elevators never working, roaches, dirty hallways. The landlord Ubaldo will HARASS you to sign up for Life Insurance policies. If you don't show interest in signing up for Life Insurance he will treat you like crap! The landlord Ubaldo will bother by calling/texting and accuse you of making noise! There's more problems but I'm trying to be a little nice. Overall very uncomfortable situation.
