Ubaldo has been a great host since moving into the Kingsley apartments. The manager is always there to help and knows all the patrons!
I recently moved in, and my experience so far with the building and property Manager Ubaldo has been great. Ubaldo since the beginning has been ready to answer any questions I had, and seems very happy to offer a helping hand. I’ve had a handful of maintenance requests already, and they’ve all been addressed pretty quickly and easily with the help of Jesus.
