Loved the space, the location, and my apartment overall. The staff was super responsive and quick with any issues. I’d definitely recommend living here right in the heart of the city and close to everything.
Viewed a 2-bedroom apartment here & had a great experience. The unit itself was nice &met my expectations. What really stood out was the property manager, Ubaldo, he was incredibly accommodating & helpful throughout the viewing process. Would recommend checking this place out if you're apartment hunting in the area.
JB, Regarding Kingsley Drive Apartments’ persistent and frequent survey requests: maintenance was fast and diligent. However, given the size of this apartment building, it lacks a permanent maintenance personnel. Currently, the manager and custodian are handling all maintenance tasks. Even though they are both doing a fantastic job but problem with this setup is that without a dedicated maintenance staff, two people cannot manage everything effectively.
