i lived here when i first moved to LA and it was a really lovely experience - the units and appliances are all super new and the building is incredibly quiet and peaceful, despite being pretty much in the middle of k-town. management was also really responsive and friendly, and the move-in and move-out processes were really smooth. overall, a great place to live in k-town!

730 kingsley is great, the apartment units are clean and have quality amenities. Manager is always up to date and super fast with any requests and questions. Always available during working hours.
