I've lived here for 6 months so far, and it ranks as one of the best places I've rented from. The building is safe, clean, and quiet. Maintenance is very attentive - things work well, utilities are modern, and the building manager lives on-site and spends most of the day in the office downstairs. Whenever something goes wrong, it's fixed quickly and with personal attention. Would definitely recommend.
Terrible management. Paul could not get my name or phone number correct in the directory despite being corrected multiple times. Property manager was never there. When I moved out, they tried to keep my security deposit to pay for a recleaning despite it being spotless when I left. I had to take them to court to get what I was owed. Do not live here.
Worst Apartment Move-Out Experience Ever My move-out experience from this apartment complex was extremely disappointing. Despite our best efforts, we faced numerous issues that made the process frustrating. **Cleanliness Discrepancy**: Upon moving out, we spent an entire day thoroughly cleaning the apartment. i lived here when i first moved to LA and it was a really lovely experience - the units and appliances are all super new and the building is incredibly quiet and peaceful, despite being pretty much in the middle of k-town. management was also really responsive and friendly, and the move-in and move-out processes were really smooth. overall, a great place to live in k-town!
