Poor and unresponsive management. My new trailer was damaged and I got the run around while they “checked their cameras” that took over six weeks…until I gave up. I even had it narrowed down to one specific weekend and notified them the Monday after it happened. NO resolution whatsoever! Keep looking elsewhere and find somewhere else to store your items so they are safe and have management that cares.

Had a fantastic experience using King Size Storage - had my wake surfing boat there for the past year in a covered/locked space with absolutely no issues and great support. Facilities are secure, clean and there is ample space to maneuver the boat. The team is professional, easy to work with, responsive and accommodating. Hard to find storage of this quality for large items like Boats and RVs around Austin with great proximity to downtown and the lake(s). We had a great experience with King Size Storage! Our unit was easy to set up, even when I only reached out a few days in advance (my fault). Getting in and out was easy and the unit was huge for what we needed, at a very reasonable price. Thanks, Arthur!
