I have sent multiple emails through the contact email they provide for support and still no response. Love the game, but no effort to help me at all.
If they could actually leave customers happier than saying sorry, it sucks to suck, then it would be a better service. Unfortunately, each and every time I have a problem with their services, it leads to nothing more than an apology for the inconvenience and then they leave it at that. Saying sorry doesn't help the situation.
kingisle customer service is non existent for real issues and when time is needed to be spent to investigate. i am extremely frustrated and disappointed after investing years and thousands of dollars into several family accounts to receive no reply no effort no follow up n may issue. i have emailed several times regarding the banning of my 2 accounts. these 2 accounts were accidentally banned initially however after an investigation you agreed and released my accounts. i have 2 accounts which are banned. i think this is a mi... read more
Automatic Theft. Since January I requested that Kingsisle stop taking automated payment out to renew my account. They responded saying i need to remove my bank card information, I did that and in February renew my account for a year, yet and still they took another month out the next day. For March and now April they have assaulted my account repeatedly through paypal so beware of Kingsisle.
I typically have few issues with KingsIsle. There are times where the sites are down because of DDOS attacks or maintenance, but those things happen and are difficult to prevent when the games are available 24/7. The game attracts its fair-share of immature players, but again, that is understood. However, I am frustrated with their customer service. I tried to make a purchase during a sale on crowns. I have been playing Wizard101 for years. I've only good things to say about the game and the staff. Any time I've had a problem or found a bug or glitch I've used the proper links to report the problems. They always get fixed or resolved. Even had it goof and charge me for max level henchmen when I was trying to buy level 40 henchmen. I wrote to them and explained what happened and submitted some screen shots of that fight; and they refunded me the crowns.
