Hello BBB, I wanted to get some help on a situation I got going on right now with kingsisle. So I had my one and only account, swagdope347, and I got banned around 4-5 years ago for a little situation where I was sharing accounts with my old friend back in the day. I admit it was a dumb idea, but I feel ( and most people do to ) that kingsisle dishes out PERMANENT bans way to easily, It was something that hurt nobody but did break the rules so I let it go and quit the game for 4 years. Lousy customer service. When I reached out to them regarding a hacked account that I had heavily invested money into for 5+ years, they accused me of having given someone my credentials and banned me.

For some reason, when I emailed KI as to why my account had been banned they asked for verification, even though all the emails from the memberships I buy land in my email address just fine. I did verify but they have not gotten back to me, which is kinda annoying. I mean is not like I paid a lot of of money for this and for that I dio not deserve to know why I got banned right? For some reason their support team is kinda not great.

played for 12 years and got hacked and KI banned me. a terrible support team never helped me at all. they can, but they won't. truly selfish and terrible people and dont care about the community if you ever decide to buy a KI product just know that if you have any problems whatsoever its your fault and you will pay for whatever happened to you. i put thousands of dollars into the game and they throw me in the garbage like i dont matter. No return policy on membership. Game does not even function properly

Absolute false advertising and has been doing it for YEARS! The game IS NOT free to play. It never has been and never will be!!!

yeah hands out bans ( not chat bans) to events for typing in caps...... what?????? and doesnt answer ANY of your support requests in a professional manner its always disrespectful has nothing to do with what you asked and they think they're funny ( theyre not). avoid these D**KS play some other company's games. these guys are the LOWEST of the LOW, soon as you unsub you have trouble even keeping a connection to wizard 101, not a coincidence either, happens every time you unsub but still have time left. i've decided i won't p... read more

My children signed up for a “one month membership” and we continued to be billed for several months before i realized what was happening. Since then, I have cancelled the memberships and I continue to be billed. I will be disputing the charges with my bank, but I am afraid that, like so many others, I will have to cancel my bank card to stop the charges. Do not do business with this unethical company.

We’re very sorry your expectations weren’t met initially. When you first contacted us and requested your 2 specific accounts canceled we did so. Had we known you had an unassociated 3rd billed account, we’d have requested confirmation of your intent at that time. When you next emailed us, providing additional information, we located the account, canceled & refunded the monthly charge. Should you have any further questions, we’re happy to assist.

They retain and charge your credit card or ATM unauthorized fee's. I find this misleading when you purchase a one time purchase and then you receive monthly charges you cant stop without cancelling your ATM card. This month I received a charge for 49.95 for who knows what, it was unauthorized. This behavior is unethical and misleading games for children. You are unable to contact them to speak with a live person to resolve billing issues. Player beware. Unfortunately I was unable to give this company a Zero rating.
