It was moldy and dirty everywhere. The water shuts off every Monday morning (they call it routine water shut off). Great neighborhood and Apartment We stayed here for about two years. We enjoyed the neighborhood and had great neighbors. It is a quite area and good for young professionals and (small) families. The management was great in terms of fixing any issues that arose. They have a 24 hr phone number and the person on call came within half an hour most of the times.
