I'm so disappointed to have to leave a bad review. The care I've received over the years, and the lovely staff are good, solid providers. The customer service is so incredibly frustrating and bad, it's astonishing considering the competitive landscape. The patient portal doesn't work (multiple errors and bad pages, even when I access from different browsers and hardware), I've never received a callback from their phone system in less than THREE voicemails, and no one has actually picked up the phone in a year.
Feel like a lot of the poor reviews are from Covid times. But this office and these doctors are excellent. Dr. Guiness and Dr. Shepard are wonderful doctors and I have never had such a great experience w OBGYNS and I have been to many prior. No problems w administration either. Children are also allowed to appointments again- they only were not during COVID.
Dr. Plante is truly the best. I am so blessed to have her as my gyn and now OB. Today's visit was also made much better with the help of Anita at the front desk. I typically go to the lane location so this was my first time meeting her. She is wonderful!!! She was so kind, helpful, funny and just a treat to talk to. I am thankful for her help:)
I don't typically leave negative reviews, but have found it difficult to voice my concerns with someone who can make any change. I have been a patient of Dr. Crouser's for years, and I love her. She was my gynecologist before TTC and helped me walk through a difficult journey that lead my daughter. She is very kind and supportive. However, while I have always been frustrated with the system in place for answering the phone, it has escalated to a point that I can no longer remain silent.
