Dr. Plante is truly the best. I am so blessed to have her as my gyn and now OB. Today's visit was also made much better with the help of Anita at the front desk. I typically go to the lane location so this was my first time meeting her. She is wonderful!!! She was so kind, helpful, funny and just a treat to talk to. I am thankful for her help:)
I don't typically leave negative reviews, but have found it difficult to voice my concerns with someone who can make any change. I have been a patient of Dr. Crouser's for years, and I love her. She was my gynecologist before TTC and helped me walk through a difficult journey that lead my daughter. She is very kind and supportive. However, while I have always been frustrated with the system in place for answering the phone, it has escalated to a point that I can no longer remain silent. Anita at the reception is so friendly and professional. All staff members are great as well.
try to call and nobody answers, put on hold forever until they eventually say no one is available. Maybe hire a receptionist.
