Update: I got an appointment reminder for the original appointment, so I went, thinking maybe I put it in my calendar incorrectly. After all, that’s what appointment reminders are for. Absolutely brutal. Told to show up at 10am for a 10:30am appointment. Complete all check in online as requested. Get there at 10am assuming it’s to complete the urine test, etc, but I do nothing. Sit there for 50 minutes before I’m even taken back for the urine test. Finally get to a room at 11am. Sat for another 25 minutes, undressed, before seeing anyone.
