We went with King’s window because they offered competitive pricing on their window replacement and installation. However, we have not had a good experience with their service. On 9/8, they installed 10 windows. However, 2 of the windows had an issue. The leveler on one was missing. NT windows came to service it one week after the initial install by King’s Window. They said this will come out of our warranty which doesn’t make sense since it was not our fault that the windows were installed with a missing piece. Kings came b... read more
We are so pleased with our low e 452 windows! What a difference in the comfort level of our home. Patrick and Justin did a great job on the install and were respectful, kind and very professional. Thank you King's!
We had 15 windows - glass remove and replace. After a minor mix-up with measurement on one of the windows, the install was perfect. I would recommend their service.
