Absolutely terrible place. The office staff are very disrespectful and rude and have bad attitudes. I would not recommend anyone move here. There is always garbage and homeless people behind the building and it stinks. The place is infested with bedbugs and cockroaches.
I've had nothing but a great experience living here. I've lived at kings tower going on 5 years and everyone is great. Yes at the beginning there was alot of construction with balcony repairs and building upgrades, but who doesn't like safe balconies and new amenities. The building is clean, staff is wonderful. No complaints here!
Great place to live, this location is close to downtown Kitchener and uptown Waterloo. Everyone is so kind and friendly.
