They are very kind and helpful
I am so DONE with them! The staff is the nicest in the world- but they are forever screwing up my Rx. Latest- did one line refill Sunday for Effexor. Waited Monday- nothing. Call Tuesday morning- oh let us fax request in. Well- that doesn’t help- NP is in Monday and Wednesday. Soooo I’m 2 days without my RX, bc it WAS NOT sent to NP for 2 days, After I called to see what problem was. This has happened several times. And my Imitrex refills issues would take much more room. This has gone on for 3 years!
This is the only pharmacy that will work on someone’s prescriptions while waiting in the drive through line with other cars waiting in line. This has happened to me numerous times. I know you’re busy and you want to help people but if you can’t help them quickly, they either need to come back later or at least circle around and return to the back of the line.
Great Pharmacy and amazing staff. Reasonable prices too. Highly recommend here
I was having trouble getting an Rx. The pharmacy I was using said it was on backorder, and didn't know when they would get it. My Chiropractor suggested I contact King's. I did and there were some hoops to jump through thanks to the previous pharmacy. Hadn't even started the process yet when I got a text from King's that my Rx was ready. They did all the hoop jumping for me. That is so rare, what great customer service!!
King's Lumberton is always so helpful and kind! They can typically order most anything I need.
