. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Absolutely horrible! I have never even written a yelp review before but this was such an awful experience I felt I needed to share. After they NO SHOWED me 3 times. They installed my shower door wrong 3 times. After the third time I was over dealing with them. Asked them to please come out, remove the shower door, and refund us. I was so pissed off when the neighbor broke my window. I called a few different places and Kings Glass had the lowest price and answered all my questions. The repair was quick and easy. While the guy was at my house, I had him measure for new window screens. Very friendly. Thank you!
Not professional at all. – Don't sign until they complete their work as estimated. They promise whatever to get your signature for the incomplete work. Their workers are unskilled, and they don't stand behind for their works.
Great Service and Prices – They were able to do what I wanted in a timely manner and I got exactly what I wanted, I have no complaints. They are also very friendly.
Great work at reasonable prices. – I have had work done at job sites and I bring work into their shop. They do a great job at a great price. I usually call and get a quote but sometimes I go there. They call me when my stuff is ready which I really like. They did a lot of showers for me and they look so good. They don't use cheap stuff or take shortcits. Their custom showers are custom. Since I've been going there for years I thought it would be nice to tell someone about them. Thank you.
Poor Scheduling – Called to have a window measured to be replaced. I was told that I would be the first call and would recieve a call when the technician was on his way. Niether happened. Called office to see what was going on, and then was told that I was actually scheduled between 1 and 3pm. They just said that there was some confusion and the technician is the one who decides when he is going to each call. They might do good work if they ever get to your house.
best deals on glass in town – they have good prices for windows and glass screen, etc. And I who owns paykan auto sales (see my profile on citysearch) love there service and prices. I also like that they get your order in as soon as possible. PLEASE CHOOSE THEM FOR ANY GLASS PROJECTS!!!!!!!!!!
