Quit trying to evict people that paid their rent. Slumlords!
I have a friend that talks to me all the time told me that she has been living there since 2017 and just recently as of today received an eviction notice due to nonpayment of rent for the month of October but I know she pays every single month like clockwork And just paid this months rent and here It is March and March is paid for and they’re giving her three days to leave. Rent is low, but don't be fooled! Only pay electricity, but they don't tell you that the water(which you don't pay for) is a boiler system and don't have hot water most of the time! I have lived there since August 2024 and have not had hot water to shower on a regular basis. Everyone in the apartment building shares the water and that makes no sense. No matter time of day, very rarely have hot water!! The laundry facilities are a joke and don't work most of the time! I DO NOT recommend this place!
I like it here and don't have issues with management they are very on top of maintenance issues, any issue I've had was fixed within the week Lots of these reviews are old and they have new management since then.
