Addresses need to be more visible, not just on the door, some of the tenants have their doors open. So you can't even see the address. Then you have to like look in their door...
We left our unit in better condition than we got it. We moved out and received a letter saying we owe $1k+ in damages. Jokes on you guys, I took pictures and video when I moved out and can disprove every bit of this bill. The maintenance man here was also incredibly rude and treated me, a woman, like an idiot and disrespected me and told me he wasnt going to fix certain things but didnt do that to my husband. When I first moved here it was pretty decent place over the years of staying here it just went downhill, had deal with them not fix issues correctly, Rodents, people to breaking into cars, to terrible plumbing issues, heat blower stop working in winter. Then on top constantly want to go up on rent and nothing has changed/ been updated in the unit
Dana was so helpful through the whole process. Answering any and all questions and concerns i had. The apartments and townhouses are all clean and quiet. You have alot of space and amenities. The new crew there seems to really wanna help people and have a good space for them to live.
