I am a disability support worker and asked this medical centre if my client can use the bathroom, as the client can’t use the pub bathroom that’s available at the opposite side of the shopping centre. I was told the client was unable to use the bathroom unless they are a patient at the medical centre. I explained the circumstances to the receptionist and was still told no.
Receptionist staff were great. First time seeing doctor Sunday and won’t be back, everything I said was questioned with a head shake or a “who told you that” all he wanted to do was prescribe what ever the book told him. Terrible attitude. Should be ashamed.
Dr Pervez looks after me very well
Our family doctor is wonderful, ladies there are always lovely . Great service,always well looked after
Been there for a few years now and made sure I take my kids as well. Whilst busy like any dr surgery, Dr Pervez is a fantastic doctor who actually cares. The nurse and receptionist are a hoot, lots of banter to fill the waiting room with giggles
