Food and drinks were good, atmosphere fun but service was super slow and less than impressive. We were there from 3-7; it was not busy at all however it took ridiculously long to get food and drinks. It took 2hrs longer than we anticipated for our event, due to delays with service.
Kings has a nice facility however the service wasn't what should be expected for the price. Front desk employees managing the lanes and other board games were terrible. Pretty sure the location is what keeps them in business....won't be back.
We arrived at 6:30 to a wait of 1.5 hours to bowl, which we expected so we decided to sit down and order some food. The food was great as was the service. After about an hour or so, we checked our bowling status. We were told that there were two people ahead of us but some lanes were about to open up so it shouldn't be long. We decided to play some pool while we were waiting. And we waited, and waited, and waited until it was about 9:30... we left and went bowling elsewhere!
