Great experience hands down. The staff was extremely helpful. They made it a wonderful experience for my son's 12th birthday. I would definitely recommend it to anyone. 😀😀
This place is a BEAUTIFUL VENUE! Lots of options for a fun night out. Bowling, pool tables, darts, air hockey, and great food. Went on Thursday night, which is ladies night (first game is free for ladies, after 9pm) Staff overall was very attentive and the bathrooms were roomy and clean. They also had cool music videos playing. Go check it out!
Service was slow and staff didn't show a level of hospitality I expected.
Service was terrible.. I'm assuming this was because they said they were short staffed but whoever trained those servers needs to redo the training. 7 different ppl came to our table to assist us plus like 4 different ppl brought the wrong food to the table lol. For the same reasons as all the other bad reviews!!! Too many to list! In a nutshell, horrible service (the worst I have ever had)!!!! Indifferent manager who seemed inexperienced!!!! Undercooked food with NO attempt in rectifying!!!
This place was amazing! Lots of fun and atmosphere was perfect for what my siblings and I were looking for during our weekend retreat. The only issue we had was that our pins kept getting stuck and we had to wait quite a few times for someone to fix the problem. The food was alright, but the entertainment was better!
