I lived in Kings Arms in 2012 and we left because the maintenance wasn’t this good and now that came back, men, Juliana and Marc they do such a great job with the maintenance they keep the area nice and clean when you call them having issues with the stuff in the apartment they come over same day and get everything fixed for you, so happy to be part of kings Arms residents, highly recommend 😉
