My parents had been looking for an apartment for months, and it was taking a toll on them. Right when I was about to give up hope, my brother recommended Kings and Queens Apartments. Jesse is the reason my parents have a sparkle in their eyes again. I will never be able to thank her enough. The process was very simple and easy, and the building they live in now is amazing. I wish I could give more stars :)

❗️It would be better to be in a shelter than to live in this building!! ❗️1640 Ocean Pkwy, beware ! There's almost never any hot water, and when there is, it's rusty. There's no heating, everything is old and falling apart. Most of the residents have mental health problems - they yell at any time of day or night, the hallways smell because they don't wash. The rusty water ran for more than 3mins, but the video can only be 30sec long.

DO NOT rent from this place! The reviews don't lie! They will provide the bare minimum, while their buildings are riddled with mold, roaches, mice, and crime. They are out to save money on your expense. I'm living with mold/water leak in my apartment for 6 yrs. I had to hire my own exterminator, buy weather stripping for my window because they won't insulate them. I can't take a bath because the enamel is peeling and rusted on the bathtub. Kings and Queens Property Management has been extremely unresponsive and negligent. I have been dealing with severe drafts from my windows and inadequate heat for a prolonged period of time. Despite multiple written emails, follow-ups, and even a court settlement that explicitly required Kings and Queens to inspect and repair the heat conditions and ensure adequate heat, nothing has been repaired.
