I tried them out b/c my neighbor used them. What a disastrous mistake! Theses guys are thugs. They only did a fraction of the work that was promised in my opinion. In addition, the work crew barely spoke English and were extremely rude.
DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!!!! They use slimy bait and switch tactics to get you to sign up. You really do get what you pay for in life. Their work will fall short of what you expect of tree cutting!!!!!!!!!
HORRENDOUS, NONEXISTENT "CUSTOMER SERVICE" I wish I could give zero starts, too. Horrible customer service. They came and took down my tree then left it in pieces behind my and my neighbor's property. It was there for at least a week and a half and I had to call three times before they finally came to remove it. Mind you, this was left at the back end of an easement where people park and was a huge old maple tree. A couple weeks later I received a coupon for a free stump removal with tree removal.
