service was good, food was great and we got it fast, no waiting. we had a view of the river and it was a good relaxing evening
It was difficult to get any service. We asked for ketchup and never received it. I waited at the bar, money in hand, to order drinks for our table, and it took forever to be waited on. The food was okay. If wasn't for good company, good music, and a view, we wouldn't go back.
It took 25 minutes to get drinks after being seated! The manager was rude! I mean rude and argued with my family on Mother's Day! She complained the are short staffed and had to bread fish! We left hungry after waiting on our food, which literally took 90 minutes to arrive at our table! We will NEVER EVER be back! What a way to begin Mother's Day! We ended up at Hooter's with excellent service!! Kingfish Management.... shame on you!!
Long wait. Worth it, good food and good service.
The hostess was rude. We had a party of eight, but she said she couldn't push 2 tables together, even though there were plenty empty. She talked to me like I was a child. Nobody else waiting, but told me it would be 45 minutes because we would have to wait for a big table to leave. The waitress was the only saving grace.
This is one of the best places I have been to in years the staff and food is excellent they know us by name and will be honest when it may take a little longer to serve you.
I had a fabulous night on the river at Bike night. Dinner was great, bikes were great, weather was great�
Every time we come here for bike night service is absolutely awful! We have been waiting for over one hour and no service! We got food n money and no server! Not the first time either!"
