Kingdom First is the WORSE realtors in Tallahassee. After moving out of the house we made sure everything was done right. Except one minor thing that i agreed with. But to keep us from getting our deposit back they created a bunch of lies, saying the ceiling was dirty, walls, baseboards etc. Then had the nerve to say we owe $180 😡😡😡
Kingdom First is a terrible realty company. You can submit a maintenance request and it takes days before it is taken care of with absolutely no communication whatsoever from the staff. The staff act as if they aren't aware that a maintenance request was submitted, although, I spoke with someone who confirmed that the request was received. Kingdom First also screens calls.
