I called Kingco, because they maintained the the heat pumps a few months ago on the house what we just bought. Sure enough, one just stopped working right after we bought it. Because it is a rental, we had to fix it quickly, s because our regular AC guy was out of town, I called King co. They told me, it will cost $950 to repair the problem, we didn't have any choice to go with that. My AC guy just called the next day and he told me, he would do it for $650. I just paid $385.00 for an A/C service-check over, no problems found had "coil cleaned" the service was $110.00 the coil cleaning was $275.00, the tech was here for only 1.5 hours. I called 3 of the top A/C companies in Phoenix and they all charge far less. Rates varied from as low as $80 for everything to a high of $120-160 for the same service. The #1 Air Conditioning Company in Arizona – WOW! What a positive experience with KINGCO Ent.. This company truely values its customers. I spoke with Nick on the phone and he took the time to listen to what problems I was having and recommended replacing some duct work, and a KVAR load controller. Needless to say my system has never been better. The price was extremely fair and when the work was done I had a few questions. They saved us from the heat! This company was the only one that called us back within minutes from leaving a message. After hearing our situation (of no A/C) they sent out one of their Techs that day. Fortunately they were able to fix the problem at a very reasonable cost. We would definitely use and recommend this company again...THANK YOU!
