Dr. KING WONG IS THE BEST!!! PHYSIO THERAPISTS Alina and Shawn are super encouraging!
We saw Dr. Wong in the CAST clinic. His bedside manner was through and pragmatic. He took the time to review and explain the imaging to us and subsequent treatment plan He connected with my son around his daily activities and advised us how to move forward with an individualized approach. Heather, his clerical support was instrumental in system navigation with a kind and helpful approach.
Took my daughter here for a broken leg. Dr said my daughter’s leg was fine without even checking the X-rays… I had to ask him to look at them. When he did, he looked at the xray for a total of 2 seconds. My daughter wouldn’t stand on it, he had zero concern. Awful experience
Unprofessional, dismissive, obnoxious. Upper extremity specialist? I am lucky to be alive barely surviving accident 25 years ago. How ever, I am always in pursuit of improving my condition. Especially when it has recently become just about unbearable. Years ago I had seen dr wong and he wrote to my dr if I have any more problems come up he would be more than happy to see me again? Dr. Wong is an excellent surgeon! He cares about his patients surgery and recovery! He also has an excellent team working with him, both office and physio! I would highly recommend Dr. Wong!
