Had cortisone shots in my shoulder, but the pain came back. Have to go in to get reevaluated. Doctor seems to be rushed all the time. I have to be the one to ask questions and ask advice.

We saw Dr. Wong in the CAST clinic. His bedside manner was through and pragmatic. He took the time to review and explain the imaging to us and subsequent treatment plan He connected with my son around his daily activities and advised us how to move forward with an individualized approach. Heather, his clerical support was instrumental in system navigation with a kind and helpful approach.
Took my daughter here for a broken leg. Dr said my daughter’s leg was fine without even checking the X-rays… I had to ask him to look at them. When he did, he looked at the xray for a total of 2 seconds. My daughter wouldn’t stand on it, he had zero concern. Awful experience
