This isn't a massage at all. They need to train them. Ateast the lady that did mine. The only benefit here is convenience. No appointment needed to get in, but they will rush you if they get busy and promise extra time on your next visit as if they will remember you. And they aren't good at the service they really want you to buy.
I have gotten a massage here a few times and it is very therapeutic. Great massage and friendly service
