quality of work is ok. attention to details or instructions suck. I stopped in, forward them an email of prints I wanted made, gave SPECIFIC sizes I wanted, and what pages to print. ( all but last). I went to pick up my prints. was missing 1. they made that while I waited, but not without a other $10.00. long story. about $75.00 in for 4 prints. Wonderful customer service, I found some old camera rolls at my moms house, they developed them today and didn't charge full price. Most of the prints were bad!
Feeling disappointed In your front customer service girl this am. I have been a faithful King Photo customer since 2012 and this am I was told if she had to help me more than 5 minutes I would be charged at fee. Well I’m very sadden to say I loved you pic quality but more so the willingness to always help me with my pic projects but will no long be printing my pictures there. Great group of folks who are amazing at what they do. I gave them quite a challenge when I gave them my degree that had been in its original mailing tube for more than 20 years, but they mounted and framed it beautifully! I go to them for all my framing needs!
Very disappointed in the manner my elderly Mother was treated when she had a photo removed from a frame to be copied & replaced. The wire was cut & not useable. They did not restore the backing to it original state.
Mr. Showalter and his staff are kind and did a wonderful job with our pictures.
My cousin passed away of stage 4 cancer in early November. Our grandparents had a ton of slides that I inherited when they passed away. There were many of my cousin as a baby and toddler. I didn’t trust sending the slides to an online service so I took them to King’s in Waynesboro. They did a FANTASTIC job converting them to digital format. These digital photos will be cherished memories to her children and mother. Thank you for the quick turnaround and quality work!
King Photo did an amazing job on our water bottles & wall clings. We purchased them during their Up On A Roof community fundraiser event. We are very thankful and look forward to placing future orders!
