For 2 years I have dealt with the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. From the day I picked up my brand new suv (no one ever opened the doors to this car before we picked it up. When asked about a feature being recalled on the Escalade esv I was laughed at by my salesperson & then again by the sales manager- both were done in the presence of my 2 children. We then cancelled our deposit & went elsewhere to purchase the vehicle. 3x's in "16" consecutive days my suv would NOT start & had to be towed. Cadillac service ***** I had my 2022 XT4 in for a check engine light and ******** inspection on 7/18/2023. I was told that to fix the check engine light it needed a part that was on backorder. Eventually the part arrived I made an appointment immediately for Aug 7th at 8AM. We brought the car in before 8AM and was told it was a 3 hour job. We choose not to wait . We went to ************* on 4/11/22 looking for a new car. ******************* was our salesman. We told him what our budget was and that we couldnt go too much over. We were looking at vehicles over $36K. Got back to his desk and confirmed that he was pulling the right one up and he confirmed. After having my car towed to the nearest *** dealership I regretted that immediately. This dealership was completely unwilling to even try and work with my extended warranty through ****** which I purchased through a *** dealership. ****** pays directly to the dealership. I bought a pre owned 2012 Terrain in 2017 and it was great until October 2019. since then and up until 1/31/2020 the truck has been back 5-7 times for same thing. I feel its unsafe to drive as I almost got hit several times due to what the truck his doing. As your driving it jerks forward, then engine light comes on and stabilitrac light, as I have mt foot on the gas the speedometer goes down and rpm's rev mot 5-6 they can't figure out the problem. They set up an appointment to perform a recall, but when I arrived for my appointment they informed me that they didn't have the parts. They had previously assured me that they had the parts in stock. However they claim now that they have no record of that assurance. Terrible customer service. I drove over 30 minutes to get there for my appointment. A customer service failure.
