Bought my first Cadillac last week. I have to say this was one of the best dealership experiences I have ever had. Karan my car salesman was a man of his word and honest with the offerings. Very impressed by his professionalism. Lou was also amazing and allowed me to complete all my paperwork online. Really great experience, they have my future business.

Go somewhere else. I bought a Cadillac LYRIQ at the same time I sold my Buick Envision to the dealership. I was promised a check that took close to a month to get and was $400 short of what was promised. I tried calling and got yelled at for treating them badly. They would not even listen.
Rose and Cynthia in service are amazing. Been having Rose as my service advisor for a while. She's the best! Easy to deal with, efficient and she always try to save you money on service with GM reward points. The waiting area is really nice also with bagels, cappuccino machine and snacks. It makes waiting for your car less of a dreaded experience.
