They set up an appointment to perform a recall, but when I arrived for my appointment they informed me that they didn't have the parts. They had previously assured me that they had the parts in stock. However they claim now that they have no record of that assurance. Terrible customer service. I drove over 30 minutes to get there for my appointment. A customer service failure.
