Professional and timely.
I had a very frustrating experience here due to miscommunication. I asked for acrylic toes and French tips, but they gave me a pedicure instead. Despite repeatedly telling them during the service that a pedicure was not what I wanted, they continued and assured me I wouldn't be charged for it. However, when it was time to check out, they insisted I pay for the pedicure.
