Trash experience. My nails broke off completely after less than a week of leaving their salon. I came back to ask for the to fix them and the owner was extremely rude. They started to fix my nails and then the owner started bashing me in front of his other customers. When I politely told him that wasn’t proper customer service he began cursing about how it was his shop and so forth. He told me to shut the fuck up or get out. Horrible salon. Technician vigorously scraped polish off of my natural nail and used electronic filer, instead of just soaking them in acetone. I now have ridge marks. I had to tell him to use base coat, after which he slapped on a setting top coat and then used base coast on top of color. he cut my cuticles without soaking them in water first (poor cuticle job)
