This was the worst experience ever! The receptionist/nail technician/appointment schedule was very rude. Stop my services mid service because I complained of the treatment. DO NOT EVER USE THIS RUDE COMPANY!! She was rushing, yanking my hands, answering the phone, applying the acrylic bulky and sloppily, after I waited over an hour for service! Thank you for the opportunity respond and showing both side of stories. This customer came walked in to our establishment and asked for services. We told her that, there will be at least an hour wait, please come back in one hour. This customer would not respond to us what her decision is and she just sat there. We have many existing customers sitting there as of eyes witness at the moment. For a while this customer wouldn't go anywhere so we try to accommodate her by move her to an other seat so that we can shuffle the work... read more
