I booked an appointment a week in advance through the mobile booking system and provided my card information. I arrived five minutes early, only to find a “closed” sign on the door with no one there. I called and left a voicemail but never received a response. After waiting 15 minutes with no communication, I left. Meanwhile, the booking site states there’s a $17 cancellation fee, which is frustrating given that the business didn’t show up for the appointment.
