We love this home. An added bonus is that it has a pool that was very well maintained before we moved in. THis thing comes in handy in the summer. The kids love it!
We just moved in and our home looks great. It was well taken care of. The cleaning and maintainence did an incredible job of having it ready for my family. The process of renting a home with king futts was fairly simple. It wasn't as stressful as some other rental companies and the lady I was speaking with throughout the process was very nice. You can tell they want what's best for their tennants.
We have rented from them on and off for about 10 years. No major issues. The homes we rented were well taken care of and management is pretty decent.
We just moved in and the house is in great shape. The whole process of renting was easy. There's a few things you need to rent from them but it all got taken care of and we were in to one of their rental properties in no time.
Absolutley love that they rent homes with pools. Helps so much in the summer when it's stupid hot! The home was in great shape when we took over the lease. Seems they take pride in taking care of their homes.
We've been renting from futts for 5 years and have only had a few problems. Range and fridge went out, not at the same time but during the 5 years and they came and replaced them in a timely manner. Other than that, they've been great to rent from. I have had the pleasure of getting to know some of the management and they are nice and respectful.
Our home was flooded in the recent vegas floods and king futts took great care of us. They were over almost immediatley to asses the situation and had workers there right after to get fixing our partially flooded home. THank you!
