Does not allow animals, says it does online. No tv service, no locks on the doors, no smoke detector, scary man that stood outside all night. 50 dollar deposit that isn't included in online fees. Do not recommend for a family stay, even if there's nowhere else to go. There's a loves across the street that has 24 hour parking so you can at least lock your doors. We had to push the heavy desk in front of the door to feel any kind of safe to sleep.

They cancelled my booking 15 minutes before I got there with no email text or call notification at all. Left me hanging at 10pm scrambling to find a room after driving all day. They just put the reason as “other” and wouldn’t tell me why or who canceled it but trip.com I used to book it called them and got told by the hotel the hotel cancelled it because they over sold the rooms. Don’t stay at this motel. I called their number directly and booked two rooms, one for my parents and one for me. When we got there they had booked my dad’s room, so they said they would refund our money. That was on April 18th. We still have not gotten our money back and here is the thing. My dad’s room went to Pakistan and they can’t even find my money. They sure in the hell took the money out. The manager is name Sam. Supposedly he was try, just not hard enough.
