I was quoted a price for a service and headed straight in. When arriving was told a different higher price. The price quoted over the phone was honored. I appreciate what was done today and that’s why I recommend King GMC. Since purchasing my used truck this is the only place it has been serviced.
I have bought many cars in my life, and quite often its an experience that I try to avoid at all costs! We live 125 miles away and always come to King for all our needs,including oil changes. The techs and service managers are outstanding. Will continue to come to King Buick GMC.
Bought a truck from here and had a great experience. They weren't pushy at all and made sure I was taken care of. Very friendly. The truck i bought had a peeling grill and they swapped it out for me no problem. Even when i didn't have a copy of the you owe. They actually remembered me when I came in which made it feel very personal. Easiest car buying experience ive had yet.
