Fast Fast service for the vehicle communication skills were wonderful all the way to walk me through everything help me reach my goal wonderful place do business with all and they gave Customers vehicles to use So I thought that was nice because what if you didn’t have rental reimbursement on your coverage I can go on and on forever plus all the free waters ??but I’m kidding but I did drink a lot of water ??
i took my F350 super duty to 3C they had to replace the bed, tailgate, bumper and hitch. they got the truck done a week ahead of schedule, look great. staff was great and very helpful.

3C is the best bodyshop in Columbus. Top notch service and great communication. Get your car fixed right! Edit 10/13/2020 I’ve recently used 3c again and they knocked it out of the park again. Hands down best body shop in Columbus!
The staff at 3-C were very knowledgeable and helped me with my insurance claim. Trent from the total loos even Gabe me a few recommendations on safe vehicles to look at when buying a new suv.

3-C was outstanding. They reached out to give me call to set up the drop off the car. Matt then turned me over to Keith who kept me informed on the repair process. Curtis delivered the car repaired and like new in 2 weeks. I would highly recommend 3-C for quality and commitment to their customers!
They did an amazing job overall. They were easy to work with from the moment I called them regarding my repair. I live on the north side of town, so their drop-off site made it convenient for me. They communicated the plans for repair all throughout the process. Their ability to work with the insurance company made it easy for me. I would not recommend this shop to anyone with an Audi- My vehicle happened to be a 2017 Audi R8- Jon at this location told me before the vehicle was moved from Buyers Audi Collission that the they do "everything r8" only certified shop in town. After 11 days of the car sitting there, despite my coming in the second day the car made it to their shop they gave me no paperwork to start working on the car- they gave me absolutely nothing till the 12th day - in the meantime, they began charging me for storage at 65 dollars per d... read more
