As all of our patients will tell you, we do not schedule appointments for people at random. Appointments are only scheduled at the request of the patient. I know scheduling an appointment 6 months in advance, when you are leaving your current appointment, leaves the possibility that you might not remember doing it. That is why we sent you the reminder email one month prior, the reminder email and text one week prior, and the text the morning of - so there would be no chance of you forgetting. As we have previously discussed you signed the office policy that states you understand there is a fee if you do not give 24 hours notice or in your case if you no show for an appointment. It is also on every bill cycle and posted at our front desk. We have a long wait list and people would love to have an appointment at this time so we can not waive a fee for someone that does not show up to their appointment, especially when we have already waived a broken appointment fee for you as a courtesy in the past. I am sorry you feel that we run a "bad business" but it is unfair of you to post a poor review for us when the error was not on our end. Again, I can assure you we do not just schedule appointments for people without their consent.
