My Kinetico K5 was ready for filters, (FYI: filters bought on Amazon etc. will void your warranty) I went into the store on sunset to get filters and I also mentioned my unit was leaking I was hoping it was a clogged filter or something. She patiently explained that is probably the filter sensor | can have a tech out today it's under warranty, I have had my water softener, and R/O system for 5 years and it's still under warranty.
