Kinetico products are AWESOME. I own the reverse osmosis water filter system and the water softener system. I have these products for a number of years and they work wonderfully. Annual changing of the filters is all that is required and the yearly customer appreciation sale is a great way to buy your annual maintenance and experience the great customer service. Ray W********* has been great with us and was very honest when he tested our water to assure us that we did not need a new softener now but may in the future. He is a guy that we want to do business with.

I purchased a $4200 water softener for my home on February 16 2016 under a 2-year 0% interest financing agreement. When I got the financing paperwork in the mail, it stated 1-year 0% interest. Despite numerous attempts to get this corrected with Lynn H*****, the territory manager, it remained a 1-year agreement. In October 2017, one of the tanks from this system failed. I have had Kinetico equipment in two homes now, and what a difference it makes. Our current well water was amazingly hard and full of iron, turning everything in the house orange. The sales rep suggested equipment that would best do the job (water softener and drinking water system), and what a difference it has made! The systems definitely pay for themselves over the long run because of how efficient they are with salt and we no longer buy any bottled water! I purchased a house with a Kinetico water purification system that didn't work. On 2/3/16, a new Kinetico system was purchased and installed and has stopped working 9/16, 5/17, 7/17 and 9/17. Each time, I have had to pay for new pre-filters and service charges, been told I needed additional Kinetico filters and systems and given a different reason on why my blue indicator doesn't work.
