They do not care about customer service will charge you when they make a mistake and don’t show up
Customer service suck's they dont care about you just want your money. Love the system though.
I live in Indy and I love my Kinetico systems. The young ladies at the front are always helpful and professional. I would recommend Kinetico to anyone.
Customer Service is horrible. We have a Kinetico water softener and drinking water filtration system which we are happy with, but I would hesitate to purchase from Kinetico again due to poor customer service. example: Attempted to return a filter that my husband was sold but that we didn't need. The rep at the counter couldn't do it so she asked if I could leave the filter and she would call on Monday to process the return. Kinetico is the only water system that we have found that addresses our water problems. We have been a customer for 20 years and have no intention of leaving. Have had 3 systems. Service is great.
