This is what I was told By Kinetico customer service when their chosen certified sales and service franchise partner failed to show up twice for a scheduled service call, and they didn’t even bother to call to let me know they were not going to show up (even after I brought to their attention several other customers who experienced the same horrible service and left equally poor reviews). Kinetico and their customer service department have been the absolute worst company that I have ever had to deal with. First off, the system that they sold us is sub par, under powered and under-sized for what our well water needs. We have very HARD water at our house and they sold us the K5 system with RO drinking water. For the first year-year and a half we went through tons of salt. Come to find out that the float that is in the salt tank broke and we were over-salting our system due to a system malfunction. Once that was... read more

We've had trouble with the electronic head. Now the 3rd in less than a year. And they tell me they can't get to us for 2 days. Unexceptible

Very unhappy with the initial contact. I am building a new home with a pond source for water. I could not receive a quote for a system without them testing the water....it is a new dig and water will not be at capacity for several months. A quote is needed for the project financing and even after requesting a rough quote was incapable. No way would I do business with a company that cannot do so. customer service is a joke! It appears to be a scam, at least with dealer in Lubbock Texas. I paid a good amount of money and the statement I received showed half of what I paid. I have had the system for 6 months and they have still not correctly installed the osmosis system. I have called them a ton and office help or manager do not have a clue or do they care. Sales person is a true sales person and has a line of crap that flows out of his mouth. They always promise to call you back and never do. I think the water softene... read more

Just ripped out and replaced my kinetco k5 drinking water system. Tired of waiting on their out of stock, over priced filters. Is it my fault they are made in China and they can no longer get them? Couldn't be happier with my new made in Georgia ISpring system. Do not buy from Kinetico. Once they have your money, they could care less if you have drinking water.
