Our strata (Kirman Mews) hired this company over three years ago and we are 100% satisfied. Professional in every way, hands on owner, knowledgeable, deals with every issue, great staff, great service but most importantly, very fair pricing. We are a smaller 20 unit strata who has had 3 different companies in the last 20 years and no company comes close to the level of service that Kinetic provides.
