I've been seeing Dr. Jack for about two months and have already noticed such a difference in my posture. Also, with the work that we've done with stretching and adjustments, I've improved my overhead positions when I lift. I've never felt stronger or more comfortable at the bottom of an overhead squat! Dr. Hewitt is extremely thorough in explaining what exactly is going on with your body and the steps that will be taken to improve. In just a few visits I've already seen a huge improvement in my posture!
I'm a regular client at Kinesis. Jack keeps my body aligned and gets rid of the stiffness, important for me since I'm active and enjoy staying fit. Kinesis is as important for my body as vitamins and eating healthy - all part of a healthy routine.
Dr. Jack is super awesome!!!! As a crossfit athelete, he knows and understands how we move. And he can totally relate. So first time I time I walked in, he evaluate me knew right away what I need to work on. And sure enough, I feel way better then before! I highly recommend him!!!!
