Do not ever send anyone here, point blank period. If we wouldn't of fought to have my mother moved to Barnes, she would have most likely died.
Overall good care and some very good nurses. Staffing appeared to be an issue at times especially related to the answering of call lights.A few scattered incidents but when brought to staffs attention they showed interest in our concerns and addressed them in a timely fashion. Roxanne and Debbie were very helpful during my brothers stay and a special Thank You to Mandy on 3rd floor for going above and beyond her job duties and just showing compassion for someone so far from home.Thank you for your service it is truly appreci... read more
Some of the staff were very caring , some were not, when I questioned my moms care( or lack of it) her nurse became hostile and confrontational . They seemed unorganized and understaffed
