I wish I could give this hospital (and I use the term hospital loosely) a ZERO. The staff is the WORSE I have EVER encountered. They lack compassion and empathy which are essential in the hospitality industry. I witnessed a patient crying out for assistance as staff members walked by her room. I literally had to intervene. This facility should CERTAINLY be shut down. Please don't be fooled by the photos on their website. I did a tour prior to my mother's admission to their facility and they put on a great show. RUN!! Poor management. Only care about "corporate" not patients. Don't care about how the patients are treated. Constant turn over. Unsafe nurse to patient ratios.

This is one of the worse hospital in regards to hospitality and sympathy. I was in so much pain and these people did not have a inch of care. I vomited multiple times while I was waiting and not one of the employees came over to see if I was even okay. I was hardly coherent during all of this because I was in so much pain and they treated me like a dish rag
Horrible horrible hospital. I am sure there are good doctors and nurses in this hospital, just regret my mother in law rarely has time with them. This hospital is about maximizing profit and abandoning patients who have a strong will to live. Trying to discharge patients who don't have the ability to care for themselves and force patients to hospice which is a horrible way to pass if your mind is strong and healthy. Avoid this hospital at all costs if you have a family member in poor health.
