My husband was in the hospital for a week with covid. A nursing assistant yelled at him, the staff forgot to give him his medication, and staff cussed in his presence. The list goes on and on about the lack of professionalism and poor bedside manner.

The nurse had a terrible time putting in the IV needle. She stick me 4-5 times in my right elbow causing a lot of pain. She then attempted to put in the IV in the right wrist. That didn't work either. She Ieft a hard knot on my wrist. had to tell her to take the IV out of my elbow as it was really hurting. Another nurse got the IV in the left hand with no problem. My right arm is still sore and bruised.

My dad almost died here. The nurses on the floor could care less, especially in the 2nd floor. We were able to get him transferred. This is the place to go if you want to leave this world!

Licensed slaughterhouse. The staff is under educated, many don’t speak English which creates a language barrier, and everyone is overworked. They hand out antibiotics like candy. The nurses are the ones giving patients their diagnostic not the dr. For example, an assistant handed my mom antibiotics and told her she had appendicitis. There was no doctor in sight for hours. So disappointed with this hospital. My grandma has been in the hospital for almost a week and we have received a call from the doctor ONCE!? We were told that the Dr was going to call us yesterday, no call. Then we were told she was going to call us again today regarding some results and still NOTHING. Unacceptable that we are left in the dark during a time we cant even see or speak to our family member. Inhumane.

I am not happy with this hospital; they take forever picking up the phone from the hospital lobby. I cannot get an update of my love ones well being. This is frustrating!!!. This place is depressing, gloomy and gross and the service is atrocious. Everyone is and looks lazy, they don't do their jobs correctly. WORST HOSPITAL EVER!!!, "If I could give a negative -1 rating, I would." THIS IS THE WORSE HOSPITAL EVER! My mother was admitted by ambulance. If I had been with her I would've told the ambulance to turn around and go anywhere but here. She was treated like a second class citizen. No attention at all. No one checked on her on a regular basis. And she's diabetic!!! Instead, we were told to push the button when we needed the nurse. That would've been great if they actually would come when the button was pushed.
