I came in to get my wounds healed and they are definitely getting a lot better. I am here to get 14 days of antibiotic treatment and it is almost over! I found the staff to be very friendly, caring, uplifting, and nice--i could go on forever! If I had any issues they quickly resolved them. The food is always pretty good and that is important because I need good nutrition to heal my wounds. I cannot wait to leave on Sunday so I can go see Paul McCartney! All the best, Randy.
I am here for wound care and they are fantastic... My wound care nurse Luma is the best..My wound care Doctor is a Jersey girl and I I love her and Luma.. My wound is healing due to the two I mention.. I would like to mention a young lady who I am not one of her patients but she is always willing to help me and she has and that is Katie..
Kindred was terrible with my mom - they were not equipped to help and would not take information from other nurses at Munroe Regional, my mom literally would have to wait HOURS after ringing the bell. There were a couple of nice nurses that tried, but the neglect and uncaring is so overwhelming that it was not enough. TERRIBLE, the worst I have ever had to deal with. We ended up pulling my mom out and taking her North - she is doing wonderful now.
The entire team in the ER were so helpful to Mom and her sleep deprived girls. After moving her to a room the Dr, nurses, care staff and case manager couldn't have been more helpful. Great team when you need this type of help and medical services.
The wound care services were excellent. The quality was more than I expected! I would highly recommend care here! The staff is friendly and kind. Specifically, Debbie, Ana and Michelle were wonderful and took excellent care of me!
