Iris is the best of the best! She was compassionate and caring with my wife Ginny Marshall. Whatever Ginny needed she took care of in a timely manner. She paid special attention to her. What she does here does not go unnoticed by her maker. She was always available to pray with me. Katie the director of rehab was very helpful and kind. All staff were exceptional. Their care for the patient is obvious. Jobe Marshall

The nurses here are helpful and kind. But a special shout out to Ryan my physical therapist haa been very helpful in my recovering he has been very patient and through. He haa allowed me to work at my own pace while working along side of me. He is a great asset to the Ocala facility.

All the therapists there did a good job and worked really hard to get me better. They are all hardworking, knowledable, and conscience abd their jobs. Amy wuth speech did a great job getting me to eat again, Ryan has me wakking mode than 500 feet without a walker, and katie and Haley have been insightful from OT. Considering i came in here on a ventilator, with a trach and a tube in my nose for my food. All that stuff is gone, i am even on room air and doing everything for myself. Another person that is great is Betty in res... read more

Two outrageous therapists that took the time and patience to work with me on my worst days. They say I am improving day by day and I am model patient. If you need therapy, request these two: Ryan, PT and Katie, OT.

The people are nice here just as they were the last time I was here. The nurses are nice and help me with whatever I need. I am glad that this time around I can do more for myself so the nurses can focus on other patients that need more help. Ryan, the PT, has been nice and has gotten me to do so much more than I thought could do. They are teaching me how to be safe and how to take care of myself better. Michelle is so good and helps me anytime I need it, she even bought me cookies on Christmas. A lot of these people are lik... read more

Well I was in Kindred for about 3 1/2 weeks. 99% of the staff was excellent, 1 nurse spoke no English and it was very hard to understand her. Wound care people were very good, But the wound care doctor, needs to work on her bedside manor. Dietary Dept needs to work making sure food orders are correct and everything that belongs on the tray is on the tray.

I had a concern as to why there is no phone in the room? The majority of the staff are wonderful to work with, They are caring and gentle! the biggest issue I have is the total lack of communication between physician, nurses and the patient! Troy is my husband's favorite! Ryan from PT is so patient and tells you every move he is making and why. We appreciate all of the staff and their dedicated contributation to Roger's recovery!

The end of this year has been a barrage of life event changes for me. A motorcycle crash has left me in the hospital wondering just how just how long it's going to take me to recover. However I've been lucky it the hospital I have had my doctors choose for me to receive care and recover in. Kindred Hospital has all the right people in all the right places. The staff has been excellent in making me feel at home so very far away from my real home.i have. My nurse Troy Richardson has been as steady crutch to support me and my d... read more
